Applicants must bring their completed application and payment for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations to the Sheriff's Office between 8AM and 11AM and 1PM to 4PM Monday through Friday.

The Sheriff's Office charges a $25 fingerprinting. Applicants must provide a passport photo.  Photographing service is not available at the sheriff's office.

Completed applications, fingerprints and photographs will be sent to the OSBI by the Sheriff's Office. The OSBI will determine if an application is approved.

The Sheriff's Office does not issue licenses. 

If an application is approved by the OSBI a letter will be sent to the licensee's home.  The license will be sent to the Sheriff's Office.  Licensees can retrieve their card from the Sheriff's Office during regular business hours.
